On the 13th of June, Eva and I board the early train to London for our very first Huis Haas business trip. Our goal: East London, to check out the Elcaf festival and visit some of our London illustrator friends in their natural habitat.

Daniel Frost – “Odd Mobs”

Huis Haas crosses the waters again this August! We’re proud to receive illustrator Daniel Frost from the UK and graphic duo CCOOLL from the USA. They will take over the gallery room and coworking space at Kornél in Antwerp, Sint-Lambertusstraat 1.

DANIEL FROST – “ODD MOBBS”
Daniel Frost is an illustrator/artist living and working in London. Through simplified imagery, both in composition and colour, his work draws inspiration from the strangeness of everyday life which he uses to create imaginary worlds and characters. Craftsmanship is at the heart of his work. Frost’s practice ranges from 2D image-making to 3D objects, which are all coherent with his imagination and craftsmanship.
